After a 5-week unit on "The Blues," Tori May and her classmates applied their learning by writing and performing an original blues composition.

Grade 9 Music Teacher Tom Anderson commented, "In 8 years of G9 Blues compositions, there has never been such a well-composed and well-performed Blues composition. I could not discern a single academic rationale to award less than the highest mark. Well done students!!"
